Your Macedon Day Spa Visit

Changes to Treatments
Macedon Spa reserves the right to change products used in treatment and prices without notice. If you wish to make a last minute change to your treatments we will try our best to accommodate your requests however, due to therapist and treatment room limitations, we reserve the right to refuse any changes.

Bookings
Advance bookings for spa treatments are necessary to ensure availability. Credit card details are required to secure your bookings. A 50% deposit is necessary to secure all bookings and a 100% deposit is required for all packages or group bookings.

Arrival Times
Clients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first scheduled booking. Clients are advised that our therapies run to a tight time schedule. Clients that arrive later than their scheduled booking time may be required to have the duration of their treatment cut short, lose part of their appointment or their full reservation depending on time frame.

Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify Macedon Day Spa at least 48 hours prior to any alterations or cancellations. If less than 48 hours notice is given the client’s deposit will not be refunded.

Mobile Phones
Macedon Day Spa is a sanctuary of peace and quiet. We aim to give you a very relaxing experience. For us to be able to achieve this, we require all mobile phones to be turned off before check in and not to be used whilst in the day spa.

What to Wear
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing and swimsuits are a requirement as all public facilities are unisex excluding change rooms. Thongs are also a requirement for pedicures. We provide spa robes, towels, slippers and disposable underwear during any body treatment.

Age Requirements
Macedon Day Spa offers a relaxing and harmonious environment for you to enjoy. Some treatments are not recommended for children. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted in the steam room or sauna.

Pregnancy
It is advisable to avoid spa treatments during your 1st trimester. Most treatments are appropriate during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Our team will be able to advise you further regarding certain treatments.

Alcohol
It is not recommended that alcohol be consumed prior to day spa treatments. We reserve the right to refuse custom should we see fit.

Gift Vouchers
Are available for a particular service or dollar amount and are strictly valid for 6 months. Voucher must be presented to be redeemed.

Retail Products
Macedon Day Spa has retail products available for purchase so that you can take home a little of the experience and to enable you to keep up your home care routine.
